Who we are
This policy covers williation.uk, the corporate website of Williation Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17289183), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.
What this policy covers
This policy applies only to williation.uk. Each product we operate — Williation, Penslide, Invitofy, Feierpost, Billoz, WTNotes and TypersPad — runs on its own domain, collects data independently for its own service, and publishes its own privacy policy. Please refer to the relevant product's site for how it handles your data.
Information we collect
This website does not require an account, and it does not run a contact form. If you email us at hello@williation.uk, we receive your email address and whatever else you choose to include in your message. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies and third-party fonts
This website does not set analytics or marketing cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address to serve the correct font file. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your message, and technical logs to keep the website secure and available. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis for processing
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and to keep the site secure) and, where relevant, your consent (for example, when you choose to email us).
Sharing your information
We share information only with the service providers that host and deliver this website (for example, our hosting and DNS providers), and only as needed to operate the site. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and for our business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@williation.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Children
This website is a corporate information site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
